The protagonist is Joey, a seven-year-old boy from Brooklyn, New York, who runs away to Coney Island. Throughout his day at Coney Island, Joey will try to achieve a series of purposes and the viewers will witness how, with his childish logic, he first goes through a phase of frustration and then fights until he reaches his goal.
